Junior Summer Programme — University of Limerick residential
Apollo's Limerick center is the University of Limerick, a 138-hectare campus on the River Shannon 4 km from the city, known as Ireland's Sporting Campus: it has artificial grass pitches, indoor and outdoor running tracks, Ireland's only Olympic-standard swimming pool and diving board, the country's tallest climbing wall and Europe's largest all-weather sports field complex. Students have single en-suite bedrooms in modern campus apartments shared by four to six, with all meals in the university restaurant. Teaching is 15 hours a week on a zig-zag timetable in classes of at most 16, with nine optional free hours of project work. The center runs Wednesday to Wednesday, which is unusual, with two fixed arrival dates — 1 and 15 July — a two-week minimum, and the option of combining both blocks into a four-week stay. 2026 is the most recent published season.
