Young Adult Programme
CEC's course for 16 to 19 year olds, taught separately from the younger junior groups and with a heavier timetable: 20 lessons of 60 minutes a week against the 45-minute lessons on the 11-17 sports courses. Classes focus on effective communication in real-world contexts, begin with a placement test and include regular one-to-one meetings with a teacher to set a study plan. Accommodation is full board with a Cork host family in a twin room, and the Cork Airport transfer, registration and materials are inside the weekly price. Three afternoon activities, two evening activities and a full-day excursion run each week. Minimum booking is two weeks. 2026 is the most recent published season.
