English + Golf with Fota Island Golf Academy
English in the morning and golf in the afternoon, with four weekly coaching sessions at Fota Island Golf Academy under PGA-qualified instructors. Fota has hosted the Irish Open three times and its academy has around 4,000 square yards of practice turf for chipping, putting, iron play and driving; sessions are graded from beginner to advanced. Students take 20 lessons a week of English and follow the standard CEC activity program in the evenings and at weekends, with one full-day excursion a week. Both a host family in Douglas and the MTU residence are offered, at different published weekly rates. Minimum booking is two weeks. 2026 is the most recent published season.
