Multi-Activity Programme — Sandford Park School, host family
Emerald's general junior course run from Sandford Park School in Ranelagh, with full-board host family accommodation. Fifteen 60-minute lessons a week are taught by two teachers, one covering grammar and use of language and the other listening and fluency, alternating between mornings and afternoons across the fortnight. Afternoons bring sports, cultural visits and city activities; two evening activities a week; and one full-day excursion each weekend, with two-day options at a supplement. Students are placed by an oral and written test on the first day. Arrivals are on Sunday between 28 June and 9 August 2026. Host-family bookings for students not in a group start at age 13. 2026 is the most recent published season.
