Junior Summer School — Academic
The broad-subject strand of Taunton School's Junior Summer School for ages 8 to 12, taught on the school's own Taunton and Prep School campuses in Somerset. Twenty hours of English across the fortnight plus 2.5 hours of subject lessons each morning in classes capped at 12, then afternoon activities and weekend excursions. Junior boarders live in Thone house at the Prep School, sharing rooms with three to six students of different first languages. The school lists this course as limited availability in Summer Schools 1 and 2 and not running in Summer School 3. Prices are Taunton's published 2026 course fees; the 2027 list is not yet published.
